Does a scale and polish hurt?
No — a scale and polish should not be painful when carried out by a trained professional. Our clinicians are highly skilled and ensure your treatment is gentle and comfortable.
How long does composite bonding take?
Composite bonding is usually completed in one appointment, typically taking around 2 hours, depending on how many teeth are being treated and how much bonding material is needed.
Will drilling be required?
Most composite bonding treatments do not require drilling. In cases where minimal shaping is needed, this will be discussed with you at your consultation to ensure your teeth remain the correct size and shape.
Is getting veneers a painful procedure?
No — the process is completely pain-free. Any preparation of the tooth is minimal and limited to the outer surface, so you won’t feel any pain or discomfort during treatment.
