Dr Arya and Sumayyah are a great team, very friendly and really make you feel at ease. Dr Arya checks your OK through out any work your having done and for a dentist is very gentle i actually don't dread a visit to the dentist anymore. Should I get a crown, veneer, or implant?
A crown is ideal for a tooth that has been weakened by large fillings or has significant damage, as it restores and protects the entire tooth.
A veneer is suitable when the tooth is structurally strong but has minor surface imperfections, since it only covers the front of the tooth and does not add internal strength.
An implant is recommended when a tooth is too damaged to support a crown or veneer, providing a complete replacement for both the root and the visible tooth.
How long does a crown last?
With good oral hygiene and regular dental visits, a crown can last around 15 years, and often even longer.
How long does a root canal take?
A root canal usually takes 60–90 minutes. In some cases, treatment is completed over two appointments, and your dentist will explain exactly what to expect.
How often should I visit the hygienist?
It’s recommended to see the hygienist four times a year. Regular hygiene visits are key to maintaining excellent oral health and preventing future issues.
How long does a scale and polish take?
A scale and polish typically takes around 20 minutes. We never rush the process — your comfort and overall experience are always our priority.
