Visited this surgery as I had heard positive reviews from family and friends. As someone who is very anxious about attending dentists I was very impressed by Ramana's professionalism, thoroughness and sensitivity.

Having not being able to get a dentist for many years , my teeth had got into a bad state and most had to be extracted, being welcomed into the Newbank dentist was a godsend and even though I was nervous after not being in a dentist for over 30 years , the staff made me welcome , and at ease , having had the bad teeth extracted, the good ones repaired and cleaned and a set of dentures made , I found the whole process comfortable, affordable and very professional, I wholeheartedly recommend the dental practice and all the staff from the friendly receptionist to the nurses and dental doctors

Absolutely exceptional service!! Attended for a check up, however, broke a tooth day prior. Ash Auju, the dentist, and his colleague were fantastic and repaired the damage without fuss. His rebuild was exceptional and the treatment painless. He was clear with what was needed and explained the options available to me, respecting my financial situation. He went above and beyond with his service, and despite being an NHS patient, treated me the same as I been private. This hasn’t been the case in other dentist surgeries in the past!! Can’t thank him and his colleague enough. Excellent dentist; customer focused and a personal service. Would recommend both private and NHS. Would definitely pay to go private with Ash in the future. I've had a positive experience with the practice! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well everything is run. The front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and always organized with scheduling and insurance matters. The management clearly prioritizes both patient care and smooth operations, which makes each visit stress-free. The dentists and hygienists are professional, gentle, and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. It’s rare to find a practice where both the clinical care and the administrative side are this strong. Highly recommended!

Was referred to Newbank Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction from my regular dentist. Can't fault the service at all. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Dentist was friendly and kindly allowed me to listen to my headphones whilst he worked, but was finished so quickly I didn't even get through a single song! Excellent service from all staff at the practice.
