Your dentist will carry out a dental examination including x-rays to assess the overall health of your mouth.
Your dentist will take impressions of your teeth and provide a visual representation of what the final results will look like. When you’re happy with the results and happy to go ahead, your dentist will prepare the tooth to be treated.
A thin layer of enamel will be removed from each tooth to create a base for the veneer to be bonded to. This is a painless procedure to make sure the veneers do not make your teeth larger than normal and affect your bite function.
Your new veneer will then be cemented onto the tooth.
